Elar’s Lechon – Fisher Mall, Quezon City, Philippines

Growing up as a Filipina, lechon was a natural part of celebrations. However, as I’ve grown older and met friends from varied backgrounds, the joy of having a whole pig at a party has become a cherished memory. Lechon is a common part of everyday life in the Philippines, and my recent experience at Elar’s in Manila was a delightful reaffirmation of the country’s culinary heritage.
